The LAB Profile consists of a set of specifically designed questions that will elicit information that pinpoints a person's motivation traits and is derived from work originally within the field of NLP to identify unconscious personality patterns.
The LAB Profile could be considered the 'last brick in the wall' in the decision making process of whether a person is suitable for a particular role or not. JRA has used the LAB Profile to identify the patterns of 'best', 'average' and 'least' performance in a variety of both 'customer management' and sales roles. Each Profile was then used as a template, against which a client could more accurately recruit individuals with the most appropriate orientation and aptitude to successfully perform a specific role.
By Profiling the top performers in any field, we can identify the traits that are essential for success. We then Profile someone who is under-performing. Using the comparison we can distinguish, in terms of performance, the 'difference that makes the difference'.
Through asking individuals carefully designed specific questions, the LAB Profile will reveal a person's unconscious motivation patterns and traits, simply by their use of language. In doing so, we can determine what will 'trigger' and maintain a person's motivation and what it is that enables them to be successful in any particular role.
