Jackie Roberts is a highly experienced leader and architect of change. She established The JRA Group following a highly successful career at GUS Home Shopping, ultimately as Director of Telemarketing. Working in Marketing, Telemarketing, Customer Services, PR, and Merchandise she acquired a significant breadth and depth of knowledge and experience.

Jackie is an Associate Lecturer with the University of Central Lancashire, in HRM (Human Relationship Management). She is also an INLPTA (International NLP Trainers Association) certified trainer and the founder of The College of NLP, which runs courses in both Manchester and Nottingham. The College of NLP trains and coaches people to realise their full potential both personally and professionally.
